Brandon holds a Masters of Law in U.S. & International Financial Law from Boston University and has served as In-house Counsel and Executive Vice President for some of the nation's largest financial institutions.  He is also currently the General Counsel and acting COO of a Birmingham based holding company engaged in the Oil and Gas Sector through its U.S. and Latin American subsidiaries and affiliates.
